• Phone Number Validation: To ensure accuracy and ease in communication, we’ve implemented a phone validator for all phone fields across the platform. This update comes with improved error messages, guiding users for correct input if invalid data is entered.
• Dashboard Enhancements: Your dashboard just got a lot more insightful! With the addition of more charts and the ability to select different reporting periods, tracking and reporting on your meetings has become easier. It’s also more informative than ever before.
• Reservation Editing in Admin App: Flexibility is crucial for schedule management. You can now directly edit client names, phone numbers, and responses in booked meetings through the admin app.

Streamlining and Global Scheduling

• Global Account Schedule Setting: Streamline your scheduling process with the new “Global” schedule setting. This feature applies one schedule to multiple meeting types at once, ensuring consistency and saving time.

Polls and Timezone Adjustments

• Improved Poll Results Viewing: Viewing poll results is now more intuitive, with two options: by top times and by people voted. This enhancement allows for a more convenient review of results, tailored to different user needs.
• Timezone Selection for Poll Meetings: We’ve added a timezone selection dropdown to the poll meetings page, offering greater flexibility and accuracy in scheduling across different time zones.

Calendar Conflict Checking and Customization

• Redesigned Calendar Conflict Block: We improved the meeting type creation process with a redesigned calendar block. Initially showing default settings, it now allows for deeper customization if needed, enabling users to set different options for checking conflicts and adding meetings to calendars.
