To improve client experience, we’ve introduced a “Next Available Date” button for days without open slots, allowing clients to easily find the next available timeslot.

User Activity Logs

In the super-admin section, we’ve added logs to reflect which users log into the company account, providing better tracking and security management.

Meetings Widgets for Admin App

Enhance your meeting management on mobile with two new widget types. They display meeting counts per day or week and detailed lists for selected time frames.

Clearer Payment Process on Client Side

We’ve improved the booking process flow when payment is required. The reservation button now clearly states “Schedule and Pay,” indicating that payment will occur in the next step.

Meeting Location Improvement

For greater flexibility over your meeting management, we’ve added a custom text option to the “Let invitee decide” location setting, allowing you to provide specific location details in text format.

Enhanced Clarity in Meeting Type Errors

We’ve refined the error messages when creating or editing meeting types. Errors now display more specific messages and highlight the fields needing correction, making it easier to understand and fix entry mistakes.

Dark Mode for SM Admin Interface

Responding to user feedback, we’ve implemented a dark mode option for the SimplyMeet.me admin interface, enhancing visual comfort and reducing eye strain.

Organized User Management

We’ve added sorting capabilities to the list of users on the Organization page, streamlining user management.

Meeting Types Rearrangement

When creating a new meeting type, a popup now shows options for One-to-One, Group, Round Robin, and Collective meetings, providing improved meeting management choices. We’ve also made the group booking option more prominent at the top of the form.
